Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qiklab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

Qiklab is an AI-powered image, video, and audio generation platform. Users can generate images, videos, and audio using text, image, video, or audio prompts through our web interface and integrated bots.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Qiklab. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You own the content you generate using Qiklab. Qiklab claims no ownership of, and no license to, the content you create on the platform.

You bear full responsibility for all content you create, share, or distribute, including responsibility for compliance with applicable law and the rights of any third parties depicted or referenced. You agree to indemnify and hold Qiklab harmless from any claim arising out of content you generate or distribute.

5. Sharing and Public Content

Your generations are private by default. Qiklab lets you turn on link sharing for a generation, which makes a public landing page at qiklab.com/g/<generation-id> and lists it on your public profile, and lets you share that page to third-party platforms (for example, the “Share to X” button, which turns link sharing on and hands you off to X to compose a post). Only you can turn sharing on or off for your generations. All sharing is initiated by you, at your discretion.

By using these tools, you represent that the shared content complies with Section 7 (Prohibited Content), with all applicable laws, and with the terms of the destination platform. You remain solely responsible for anything you publish, and the indemnification in Section 4 applies to shared content.

While a generation is retained (see Section 6) and link sharing is on, its landing page is publicly accessible to anyone with the link. Turning sharing off or deleting the generation takes the landing page offline immediately, but third-party platforms may retain cached previews (thumbnails, metadata) beyond your control.

Signed-in users can comment on shared generations. Comments are public user content: Section 7 (Prohibited Content) applies to them, you are responsible for what you post, and we may remove comments or lock a discussion that breaks these Terms. The owner of a shared generation can also remove comments on it and lock its discussion. Comments are deleted together with the generation they belong to.

6. Content Retention

All generated content is automatically deleted after 30 days. You are responsible for downloading and managing your own content before it is removed. Qiklab is not responsible for any content lost after the retention period.

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Graphic violence or gore
• Content promoting terrorism or extremism
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Deepfakes of real persons without consent
• Content promoting illegal activities

8. Enforcement

Violations of these terms will result in immediate account termination. Qiklab reserves the right to report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Payment & Billing

Qiklab operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users deposit funds into their account and are charged per generation. We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards (via Stripe). Credits used for completed generations are non-refundable. Unused balance may be withdrawn subject to our refund policy.

Refund processing fee. Approved refunds are subject to a processing fee of 1.5% of the requested refund amount, rounded up to the nearest cent (minimum $0.01). The fee is applied only when Qiklab approves the refund; no fee is charged if the request is rejected or cancelled. The fee is deducted from the refunded amount before it is returned to your original payment source, is itself non-refundable, and offsets per-refund processing costs charged by our payment providers. Qiklab may change this fee rate from time to time; the current rate is always shown in the Request Refund flow and on the FAQ page.

10. Limitation of Liability

Qiklab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Modifications

Qiklab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
