Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qiklab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

Qiklab is an AI-powered image and video generation platform. Users can generate images and videos using text or image prompts through our web interface.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You own the content you generate using Qiklab. However, you bear full responsibility for all content you create, share, or distribute through the platform.

5. Content Retention

All generated content is automatically deleted after 24 hours. You are responsible for downloading and managing your own content before it is removed. Qiklab is not responsible for any content lost after the retention period.

6. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Content promoting terrorism or extremism
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Deepfakes of real persons without consent
  • Content promoting illegal activities

7. Enforcement

Violations of these terms will result in immediate account termination. Qiklab reserves the right to report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Payment & Billing

Qiklab operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users deposit funds into their account and are charged per generation. We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards (via Stripe). Credits used for completed generations are non-refundable. Unused balance may be withdrawn subject to our refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qiklab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

Qiklab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
